IN-STOCK ORDERS

Order Processing
All in-stock orders are shipped from our warehouse locations worldwide.  We currently ship from the follow warehouse locations:
  • Canada (serving North and South America)
  • United Kingdom (serving all regions of the UK)
  • Europe (serving all European customers and some regions of Asia and Africa)
  • China (serving Asia, Australia and New Zealand)

Due to our warehouse locations, the following locations do NOT incur additional import taxes or duty upon delivery: Canada, USA, UK, and Europe!

Some countries must pay applicable sales taxes at the time of purchase, such as VAT, GST or PST taxes.

Modifications to Order
Due to system limitations, product modifications cannot be made once in-stock orders are placed. Please verify your checkout cart before submitting the final order.

Cancellations
In-stock orders can only be cancelled on the same day by 12pm EST by emailing support@purearts.com. For example, if you ordered between 1am-11am EST on Monday, you will only have until 12pm on the same day to email us to cancel the order. Please make sure to include the name and order number of the order and reason for cancellation. Once your request has been received and cancelled, you will receive a cancellation email confirmation and you will be refunded using the same payment method. Please note the refund can take between 5-14 business days to show in your bank/credit card account, depending on your bank and country. If you do not like to wait for refunds to be received in your bank/credit card account, it is important that you are 100% sure you want to place the order.


PRE-ORDERS

Order Processing
All preorders for will be shipped out in sequential order once full payment has been received and the product is ready to ship.  We do not ship out products that have not been paid in full.

Modifications to Order

Due to system limitations, product modifications cannot be made once pre-orders are placed. Please verify your checkout cart before submitting the final order. 

Change Of Address
For change of address, contact our support team at support@purearts.com. An address change must be requested for each order you would like to update. Updating your address in your account does not update the address for your existing orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct before the order ships as we cannot change the delivery address after the order ships. We will not re-ship the product if the incorrect address is provided.

NRD (Non-Refundable Deposit)
For all pre-orders, a non-refundable (after 30 days) deposit of 15% down payment will be charged. This is to ensure we secure the production of the item for you.  Deposits cannot be transferred to another order.  If the pre-order item is paid immediately in full, 15% of the payment is considered the deposit.  If the pre-order is paid via a payment plan, the first payment is the 15% deposit.

Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled within 30 days from date of purchasing. If cancelled within 30 days, we will refund the full amount charged. You will receive a cancellation email confirmation and you will be refunded using the same payment method. Please note the refund can take between 5-14 business days to show in your bank/credit card account, depending on your bank and country. If you do not like to wait for refunds to be received in your bank/credit card account, it is important that you are 100% sure you want to place the order.
If you request to cancel the preorder after 30 days from date of placing the order, you will be refunded the amount paid, less the non-refundable deposit. 

Delivery Delays
Please note that the delivery month shown on the product page is an estimate only. It is normal that there are production delays, especially given the circumstance with COVID-19 at the moment, but we will do our best to meet the approximate delivery month. As such, please be aware of possible delays if the preorder is intended as a future gift. 

PAYMENT

The accepted cards for payment are Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. If you have a Visa or Mastercard Debit card, this payment should work as well. 


SHIPPING

All shipping to Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus is paused as our partners are currently unable to deliver in the region. Once shipping resumes, we will deliver all orders. Orders can still be placed for these regions, but they will not ship until shipping resumes. To change your delivery address to another country to receive quicker delivery, please email support@purearts.com 

All orders ship from the below warehouses depending on delivery address unless otherwise indicated in the product description! 

Shipping from warehouse in Canada
All orders with a shipping address in North/South America will be shipped from our warehouse in Canada.

Once you receive the tracking information, please monitor and make sure someone is available to receive and sign. We are not responsible for the delivery actions of couriers. 

Shipping from warehouse in the UK
All orders with a shipping address in the United Kingdom will be shipped from our warehouse in the UK.

We are not responsible for the delivery actions of couriers. 
 
Shipping from warehouse in Europe
All orders with a shipping address in Europe will be shipped from our warehouse in the EU (France).

We are not responsible for the delivery actions of couriers.

Some shipments to Asia and Africa may also originate from the EU warehouse, duty and taxes may be charged on these deliveries. 

Shipping directly from China
Most orders  that have a shipping address in Asia and all of Oceania are shipped from our warehouse in China. Shipping will take between 4-14 business days. 
We are not responsible for the delivery actions of couriers. 

Duty/custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not pay for these fees and the shipment is sent back, we will not re-ship the order to you. All shipping costs including failed delivery fees that are charged to us by the courier will be deducted from the order amount paid. 

 

Modification to Shipping Address 

It is possible to change the shipping address for all pre-orders before the estimated month of delivery. Please email support@purearts.com or contact us on FB messenger for the address change. Please provide your order number, shipping address name, full address, email and phone number. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer update the delivery address. 


Tracking Information
All orders have tracking included to ensure peace of mind. 

Customs/Duties Fees
Please note that the shipping cost we charge for the order excludes any customs/import fees. This extra charge will be the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's import rates for more information.

  • Orders shipping from our warehouse in Canada to an address within Canada or the USA will not have any customs/duty fees.
  • Orders shipping from our UK warehouse to the UK will not have any customs/duty fees.
  • Orders shipping from our EU warehouse to European countries will not have any customs/duty fees.
